Return Policy
All sales are final due to the unique and fragile nature of antique and vintage items.

Damage Claims
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a damage claim:
- You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Provide your order number and shipping label
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Returns for Any Other Reason
If a return is approved (case-by-case), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is packed securely. Refunds (minus original shipping) will be issued as store credit only, once the item is received in original condition.

* All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
* Shipping is available within United Arab Emirates.
* We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
* Please ensure your shipping address is accurate—replacements or refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses.
Condition Disclosure
All items listed are vintage or antique and may show signs of age such as surface wear, small chips, crazing, fading, or discoloration. These imperfections are consistent with the age and history of the pieces and are part of their character and charm. We do our best to describe and photograph any notable flaws, but please review images carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing
